when books of esteemed cooks

were spread on a table field
as booked, it was an assemblage
of culture for a house full of foodies
who read with their eyes, hands
and dripping mouths.

with fires of aromatic oozes,
a unique excitement took the air
in a festival of culinary colours,
rooted in a people's prowess,
enlivened by ways of nature
crafted in sundry ways.

while hands danced magical trips,
balls of screwed life smiled
as oesophagus escapes
into bowels of eagerness,
who are witnesses
to an annual dance of foods.
